PayPerShowing is not responsible for the actions or communications of its users, as it does not control the quality, timing, legality, or execution of PayPerShowing Assistant Services.

What services does PayPerShowing provide?

We coordinate real estate showings by connecting buyers with agents who can show them homes. Our service ensures that buyers can view properties at their convenience, without the pressure.

Is PayPerShowing helpful if I'm already working with a real estate agents?

We are your agent’s biggest supporter. Real estate agents love our service because it allows them to focus on critical tasks like negotiating the sale of your chosen home, guiding you through the mortgage process, and assisting with the complex steps after your offer is approved.

Our Showing Assistants are here to support you and your agent. They are strictly prohibited from representing you as a real estate agent and from reaching out to you after the showing via text, email, or social media. Any attempt to solicit your business will result in their termination from PayPerShowing. This ensures that your relationship with your real estate agent remains respected and intact. Our Agents are very aware of their do’s and don’ts.

How does PayPerShowing ensure the security and privacy of its users?

User safety is our top priority. Every Showing Assistant on PayPerShowing goes through a background and identity verification check.

Does my showing have a time limit?

Each buyer is allocated a 30-minute time slot for their showing. The showing assistant will remain at the property for the entire duration unless you finish early.

Don't worry! The Showing Assistant will remain at the property for the entire 30-minute duration requested by the PayPerShowing user.

If I leave a tip, does the showing assistant receive it?

Should you choose to leave a gratuity for your PayPerShowing Assistant, rest assured that 100% of your tip will be directly allocated to your Showing Assistant. Thank you!
